Advantages of GIS Shell Products
The GIS shell is made of aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of light weight, low temperature rise and corrosion resistance. The aluminum shell adopts two forms of high-strength cast aluminum alloy and aluminum plate coil welding. The shell extraction adopts a stretch forming technology to avoid the irregularity of the shell interface. It is convenient to implement automatic welding process and improve welding quality. The aluminum shell has light weight; the temperature rise of the shell is almost not affected by the flow, which is conducive to safety and the life of the sealing ring; the anti-corrosion performance has also been greatly improved. The outer surface of the aluminum shell is coated with THU iron red epoxy primer and B05 acrylic polyurethane enamel for excellent corrosion resistance.
