Qualitative leak detection of GIS shell and buckle cover
First, qualitative leak detection, that is, use a leak detection gun to find the leak point.
1. GIS shell must be charged with rated FS6 gas pressure in strict accordance with the assembly process code. The circuit breaker gas chamber is 0.6MPa. ZF11 Other air chambers: 0.50MPa; ZF27, LW55-800 Other Air Chambers: 0.50MPa;ZF12: Other air chambers 0.40MPa.
2. The inflation time shall not be less than 12h.
3. Use leak detection equipment according to the above use method. During leak detection, it is forbidden to place the test article at the tuyere. The SF6 gas content in the surrounding environment of the test article is basically zero and not more than the number of base number 5.
4. Qualitative leak detection shall be carried out for each sealing link, weld and other positions of GIS shell, and leak detection shall be carried out for key parts such as sliding seal and weld at fixed points for a certain period of time. When checking the casing, the flange sealing surface at both ends of the casing, the joint surface between the flange and porcelain or silicone rubber, and the whole silicone rubber casing should be scanned with a probe gun. For porcelain casing above 220KV, due to technological reasons, the middle part should also be scanned with a probe gun.
5. In the process of leak detection, if the displayed value increases by more than 5 numbers, the leak point should be carefully searched. The display value increases by more than 30 numbers, which can be checked out by soapy water.
6. It is forbidden to inhale the probe gun such as rainwater and silicone grease.
7. After the leak detection is completed, test the leak detector with a calibration bottle. The display and sound of the leak detector should change greatly to confirm that the leak detection is effective.
II. Leak detection of buckle cover:
1. After the qualitative leak detection is qualified, buckle the cover.
2. After the cover is buckled for 24 hours, multi-point leak detection (about 1m) shall be carried out in the cover to prevent the concentration of SF6 gas in the environment from increasing during the cover is buckled.
3. If the concentration in the cover is not increased, it will be qualified; otherwise, it will be re-characterized and cover buckle for leak detection.
